Start Exercising!

WARNING:  This is not for the faint of heart.  Consult your doctor before beginning any workout routine. Remember to always warm up and stretch out before doing strenuous exercises.

Ever heard of a Hindu Squat?  OMG! If you have never done these before, proceed with caution. I was talking to a co-worker about exercising and he asked me ” Have you ever heard of a Hindu Squat?”  The answer was “No”.  Come to find out he used to be a personal trainer and Hindu squats played a major role in his workouts.  So, the next week we met at the gym and he began teaching me the correct form. He pushed me to do thirty the first night. I couldn’t walk up stairs for three days!  I am now doing 50 every other day.  These squats really improve your endurance and help develop your lower back, calves, thighs and hips.  What a workout!  Watch the video for a good demonstration.
