I was surprised to find there is an overwhelming amount of data that supports the theory that trans fats and NOT saturated fats lead to heart disease. Wouldn't that be a kicker. All this time we're eating low fat, vegetable oil stuff when we could have been eating butter and cooking with lard! I hope you're feeling better.
