John, for this coming New Year 2010: Take a deep breathe, try and take a half hour a day just for you. Close your eyes and just meditate. Lite a candle, keep all noises at bay and don’t think of anything, clear your mind.

John, your a Cowboy fan! They beat the crap out of PhilEagle, 1st round playoffs lastnight! I think, peaking at right time…Nobody on injured reserve…Can you say Superbowl! Actually, I am a RAIDER fan(I know). But, I lived in Whichita Falls, TX for over 10yrs, and they springtrained there, for awhile. GO BOYS!
