The 36th annual Neptune Festival came to end this weekend in Virginia Beach, VA. The Neptune Festival is a celebration of the unique sea faring heritage of Virginia Beach and the end of summer. There are arts and crafts, food and drinks, music, sand sculpting, surfing and volleyball contests. My family spent the weekend at the festival and we had a great time! Here are some of the highlights in pictures.
