Tangier is the Best. The food at Hilda Crocketts is wonderful, and with the price of the room, you get 2 meals a day… included !!!!! They are the nicest people, say hello to the girls in the kitchen.
The Island is so relaxing… no big amusement parks, no ATM’S,
no big time anything… just relax, see the beach, talk to the local’s, and eat Chesepeake Bay Crab Cakes !!!
It is a vacation like no other !!!

I’ve never heard of it, though it sounds fabulous and is on my list of things to do.

We enjoy a similar good time down in The Hocking Hills in Southern Ohio, no cell phone service and lots of relaxation. Though you do need a car to get around there, that would be different. It’s a good place to hike and take photographs. We’ve stayed in a log cabin several times there. Very nice.

We try real hard to get an adult’s only weekend at least once a year. Sometimes we manage a second weekend within a year, but not too often.

Of course, we regularly have adult’s only nights – where the kids go to one Grandma or the other.

It’s good for the relationship and the sanity.
